This book is a 30-day workout for your mind and is meant to make you believe that you have an amazing life. Does this sound like a dirty trick? Well it isn’t actually. Just think about it, who defines how you see life? Yes, you do. People around you and life itself will throw things at you that will easily alter how you see yourself and your life but in the end of the day, it’s nobody else but you who make your thoughts.
